I needed prior to installation of a new roof heat and air unit. At the time that Dana of

in need of replacement before too long. After getting estimates for the whole roof and
the repair separately, I chose to just go with the repair. At that time I chose to go with

When I decided to get the roof replaced this past September I got three other estimates

I had taken it on myself to open the roof to install a light fixture prior to the start of the
job and due to unexpected rain the opening was exposed. Without my asking, Tim the
supervisor with Rigo the job foreman came out and tarped this aeea without an extra
charge and avoided possible rain damage for me.
Secondly Dana Logston Roofing Inc. was more then willing to work with outside
contracted painters including a re schedule of the rain gutters job to get fascia painted.
I also want to mention that a moderate amount of wood repair was done by Dana of Dana
Logston Roofing Inc. at a cost much less expensive then others had estimated.
Finally I want to convey my complete satisfaction with the quality of work and the
most competitive price that Dana Logston Roofing Inc gave me for this re-roof and new
seamless gutter replacement.
